A TRUE GHOST STORY - IS THIS A POLTERGEIST?

This true ghost story is a mysterious case as the person being haunted is unsure what is causing the phenomena. Could anyone help Karl? Please leave your opinions in the comment section below and maybe Karl can put an end to these disturbances.
KARL'S STORY:
My parents and I have lived in an apartment for fifteen years. I have noticed some very strange occurancs which has gone on there over the years. I think it really started with nightmares when I was around 3 years old. It was usually some big, dark shadowy thing which looked like a man who would chase me wherever I went.
When my sister was about 11 yrs old she would complain about hearing heavy breathing (like a person sleeping). None of us really heard breathing sounds until I was 13 yrs old. Then next my mother would hear it.
The first time I ever really saw the ghost was at night time when I woke up for some reason. When I looked at my dresser I saw what looked like a light glowing on top of it. If I were a person who was sensitive to the paranormal I would have probably seen the shape of a person. I closed my eyes and prayed to God and it disappeared. I know that light couldn’t have come in at that angle from my window and it didn’t look quite right either.
My mom and sister have told me they have seen dark shadowy figures in the apartment. I think the only really haunted places in my apartment is my parents bedroom and the hallway. I’ve seen orbs move quickly through the hallway or some sort of strange light travel along it, my mom has also mentioned the same thing. I know I have seen a black orb go past my eye before too.
I had also taken pictures in my parents bedroom and the hallway with orbs captured. The strangest picture I ever caught was in my parents bedroom. When I took the picture it was completely dark and I used the flash. The figure in the picture was above my mom’s side of the bed. The figure looked like a shape of a person and was sort of a white glowing figure. I wish I had the pictures to show but I have lost them. Also whenever I’ve taken pictures with my sister it felt odd. I would try to take a picture and the camera would turn off and erase everything on it almost as if energy was being drained.
Once in awhile in the past my bedroom stereo would suddenly turn on to a radio station, the radio station would be different each time it turned on. My stereo has probably turned on about 3 times by itself.
This entity seemed to act up a lot when my sister was around because she is very emotional. She told me about a time when she woke up from a dream and felt someone lift off of her as if they had been laying on her. She has also had freaky nightmares and another time when she woke up she saw a faint black shadow move away from her.
One time I was woken up suddenly to an emotional presence, it felt like anger or hatred, I prayed to God and it went away.
Update:
Recently while I was sleeping I heard someone sigh really loud in my ear and no one was around (about 4 am) and also I think the day before I thought I heard someone sighing but I was home alone. On Saturday my mom said she felt someone push against her chair and thought it was me but I was by the kitchen.
One time while my mom was sleeping after my dad woke her up she sort of snoozed off but then she felt someone push her in the back. I've noticed that recently it has been starting to act up again.
A few days ago my dad told me about a dream he had fifteen years ago whilst living in a spooky house in Pennsylvania, which I have also dreamed about. The dream we share is about a dark shadowy thing with red eyes and it was chasing us and trying to kill us (although we weren't in each others dreams). My dad told me about this a few days ago that he had that dream fifteen years ago, my parents were living in a house in Pennsylvania at the time. When I had that dream it was probably eleven or twelve years ago in the apartment that i'm living in right now. I wonder if this is all connected somehow.
Most recent update:
My mom tells me about how sometimes she would feel the bed vibrate and how sometimes she would feel like someone plopped something down on her bed. About 2 weeks from now my mom told me that when she was laying on her bed she heard her perfume get knocked over but no one was there. Recently, I believe I have caught some pictures of orbs in my parents bedroom (some during the day and some during the night). Some orbs are not very bright because they are not very strong.
I believe there are at least two presences in my apartment. I think this all started because someone messed with a Ouija board in our apartment building about 12-13 years ago (possibly the one below us). My parents bedroom always feels weird.
