Thanks to Jenny Banbury on Twitter, I've been told that John Barrowman's Gilded Lily show did not make it, but Arrow did. Arrow is based on a DC comic; Barrowman's role is of a recurring character, not in the main cast. So there is hope for new Torchwoods.
